Good middle-class eatery in such a dining room with good, friendly service. Very tasty "Greetings from the kitchen", average salad, 1 times bland but okay tarte flambée, 2 times roulade on both sides as "okay" with a little flat meat flavor and too little sauce and 1 very good rump steak with very good fried potatoes, but from a salt eater perceived as marginally spicy and the seared vegetables as too sweet (a matter of taste?) - at least overall a "quite okay". Our expectations according to a 4.7 were unfortunately not met

So I can only agree with all of the previous speakers. A visit to the Gäsbock is not only a warm recommendation, it is a must. The fillet steak today was incredibly tasty, absolutely top class. Kudos to the kitchen. The service is very friendly and competent. So I'll be back one hundred percent, but then no longer alone. Keep it up!!

Super delicious food. The roulades are awesome. Very nice and funny service, nice atmosphere and good price / performance ratio. Make a reservation as there is not much space.

Delicious food, very nice ambience and friendly staff. The price is absolutely okay for what is on offer, but not cheap. We reserved a table for another occasion.

Upscale cuisine, but not aloof: good selection, very nicely presented, normal portions, good value for money. The most important thing: delicious, delicious, delicious ... The drinks menu was also decent. Great service, attentive, personable, not fake like in many places. Where else do you get a call back if you call outside of opening hours to make a reservation (no, no answering machine)? Been there twice so far, gladly again.

This place is perfect to have a great evening with great food and great wine advice. I can only recommend it.

We had cutlet from Iberico and Gnocchi. Simply a pleasure! The vinegar as an aperitif is also a stunner, we looked at the production of the vinegar the next day.

Very delicious steaks and rack of lamb, the roulades are also delicious! Fine cuisine with a casual, friendly atmosphere, very friendly service!

Excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. There are specialties from the Palatinate. We had different dishes from the menu and everything was plentiful and delicious. Price-performance ratio fits. We recommend. Kind hosts.

Coincidence caught us in the goat last year just before Christmas. The food was great and the owners very personable. We were able to taste some pearls from the region and were thrilled. You should definitely have tried Kitzmann's pistachio rum. The reservation for this year has already been made.

Every year before Christmas we meet in Neuleiningen and have dinner. This year, our favorite place was closed and we had to improvise ... luckily! By chance we passed this great restaurant. The owner and the service staff were super accomodating and attentive. The food is - almost typical for the place Neuleiningen - delicious. The evening was so great that we reserved directly for next year.

Nice that the restaurant is open again. Kitchen and toilets renovated, guest room redesigned, but still has the old, cozy and tasteful flair. Spiesekarte varied with regional specialties, sometimes high priced, but also cheap dishes. Regional wines at reasonable prices. A good place to spend a nice evening with good food.
